ePro: ePro is a new certification first offered in 2000 by the National Association of Realtors®. It is a comprehensive Internet certification program for real estate professionals. e-PRO holders have completed a course covering fundamentals of doing business online, ways of creating and maintaining online relationships, web marketing ethical and legal issues, and ways to adapt to new ways of doing business online.
RLI: The REALTORS® Land Institute is an affiliate of the over million-member National Association of REALTORS®. It is the only branch of the REALTOR® family focused on land brokerage transactions of five specialized types:
(1) farms and ranches
(2) undeveloped tracts of land
(3) transitional and development land
(4) subdivision and wholesaling of lots
(5) site selection and assemblage of land parcels.
Originally named the Farm & Land Institute, it was organized in 1944, and has been dedicated for over six decades to improving the professional competence of its members in land brokerage. In addition to brokerage of the five main types that are unique to the Institute, its individual members frequently engage in other land specialties such as agribusiness, appraisal, consulting and management.
Certified Corporate Relocation Specialist - CCRS: The Certified Corporate Relocation Specialist designation is for those realtors with a minimum of 2 years experience along with being a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Club. These realtors have extensive training in all sources of corporate referrals and network & Broker-to-Broker referrals.
CSP: The Certified New Homes Sales Professional designation is conferred by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). CSP designation is the first designation available through The Institute of Residential Marketing. CSP was designed for specialists in new home sales to enhance their professional image, increase their marketability in the home building industry and sell more homes!
GRI: Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, is a nationally professional real estate designation. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program that includes 92 hours of live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist: Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) offers a specific designation, SRES®, to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites.
By earning the SRES® designation, your REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Your REALTOR® has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
eCertified: The eCertified® designation is one of the most powerful communications and marketing certifications available. This innovative, exclusive designation recognizes members of our Network who are competent using the Internet and technology.
Fine Homes Specialist:

The Fine Homes Specialist designation was established to define professional competency standards within the Prudential Real Estate Network and to recognize the level of experience and exacting service quality expected by affluent clientele. |

To earn the Fine Homes Specialist designation, you must be currently active in listing and/or selling homes that are priced within the top 10% of your local market. |
Associate Broker: In addition to the responsibilities and training of a real estate sales professional, the broker license also incorporates brokerage management with additional trainingion office operations, broker responsibilities, financial management and government regulations.
